Coming Soon! Epic Homes and Vacanza Duplexes
At the recent unveiling of the Epic homes in the Reserve, an Oakwood representative gave the following update:
Oakwood will be installing a gate at E. 50th Ave. and Tibet Road. Once this gate has been installed, N. Quemoy Street at N. Rome Street (currently closed) will be opened. As you drive down Quemoy St toward E 49th Pl, there will be Epic Homes on the right side of the street and Vacanza Duplexes on the left side of the street. Oakwood expects to obtain permits for Epic Homes in the 3rd Qtr of 2025 and permits for the Vacanza Duplexes in the 4th Qtr of 2025. Building of Epic homes is expected in the 4rd Qtr of 2025. Building of Vacanza Duplexes is expected in the 1st Qtr of 2026.
The map below shows Epic homes in orange; and Vacanza Duplexes in yellow. Purple represents future Explorer homes.

I-70 Picadilly Interchange to open in early 2026.
After an 18 year journey from environmental assessment to nearing construction completion, the I-70 Picadilly Interchange will be completed soon.
The diverging diamond interchange (DDI) features enhanced safety measures that reduce risks to drivers, pedestrians and bicyclists, including:
- Advanced signaling systems.
- Wider lanes.
- Improved lighting.
- New bicycle and pedestrian path through the DDI.
This will provide safer and more accessible infrastructure for the northeast metro area and will improve the safety and quality of life for non-motorized users.

E-470 and 48th Avenue interchange Open
This new strategic connection point enhances connectivity points for homes, businesses, and
local employers
